Organic farmers and producers do not claim that their products will taste better than others, only that they will have an authentic taste, because they will have been produced in a natural way.



What is Organic Farming?

Organic Farming from Italy is an agricultural system that seeks to provide the consumer with fresh, tasty and authentic food while respecting natural life-cycle systems.

It follows very strict limits on chemical synthetic pesticide and synthetic fertiliser use, livestock antibiotics, food additives and processing aids and other inputs.

It is absolutely prohibited any use of genetically modified organisms.

Organic Farming also chooses plant and animal species that are resistant to diseases and adapted to local conditions. The selection job about these species has been conducted already by our ancestors throughout the ages. The double advantage of this practice is that we keep alive the local peculiarities and don't need to intervene to adapt something which will never naturally adapt to some local conditions.



The good news is that the consumption of organic products keeps growing in many countries which means that more and more people understand the extra-value of authentic food.
